You need WhatsApp Business API access for your number. Once it's approved, connect the number to Guzli, configure your message templates, train the agent on your business, and launch the channel.
Incoming WhatsApp messages go to your Guzli agent, and its replies go back through the Business API. Order and appointment details come from the systems you connect, such as your store.
WhatsApp's own rules still apply: a message you start outside a customer's 24-hour reply window must use an approved template. The agent sends rich messages only in the formats WhatsApp supports.
