Deflection rate is the percentage of customer inquiries that an AI chatbot resolves without a person. The slider is an input you set so the estimate matches the share you expect to handle in chat.
Enter what a conversation costs your team — agent time plus overhead, divided by conversations handled. The calculator multiplies that cost by the conversations you mark as deflected, then subtracts the selected plan.
